This FIXED-Type reader uses UHF RFID technology and HDI (Human Interface Device). ASR-P31U can read tags from 3 metres away; however you can tailor this read-range to your liking to read within inches, like that of HF RFID or NFC.
FIXED-Type readers can be placed in many stationary situations, connecting directly to USB ports. ASR-P31U is a low-powered, thus only requiring one cable (USB/Ethernet cable) to charge the device simultaneously.
With such a low-profile, this fixed reader can be implemented into many areas; and whilst it may be 'out of sight / out of mind', it is continuously reading, collecting and importing data.
This FIXED-Type UHF RFID Reader easily connect's to a OSX Mac, Android or Windows PC via USB.

ASR-P31U reads tags and imports collected information directly into databases such as; Excel, Notes, your Browser, and more. The Serial Port connection allows you to both READ & WRITE to UHF RFID Tags as well.
